Color Difference Meter "CR-10 Plus"

The colorimeter can store up to 1000 measurement data! Easily measure color difference values in three simple steps.

The "CR-10 Plus" is a color difference meter that instantly measures the color difference between a reference color and a sample with simple operations. Color difference values can be easily measured in three steps: "Power On → Target Measurement → Sample Measurement." The measured data can be stored in the device itself, with a capacity of up to 1000 data points. Additionally, with the small diameter measurement target mask (Φ5mm, sold separately), it is possible to measure small areas, and by using a target guide to accurately position the sample, it makes confirming the measurement position easier. 【Features】 ■ Basic operation consists of only 3 steps ■ Measurement data storage capacity of up to 1000 data points ■ Pass/fail judgment capability ■ Small diameter measurement *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Data] Colorimetric evaluation of resin color systems and transmittance using a color difference meter.

Introducing the results of changes in color system and transmittance before and after the constant temperature and humidity test of transparent resin!

Resins are used in many products because they are easy to mold and color. It is also true that they can be prone to discoloration depending on the environment in which they are used, and evaluating the colorimetric system and transmittance before and after reliability testing is essential. This document presents the results of changes in the colorimetric system and transmittance before and after constant temperature and humidity testing of transparent resins. [Contents] ■ About (xyY) and L*a*b* color representation systems ■ Measurements before and after constant temperature and humidity testing (85°C, 85%, 168 hours) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Color evaluation of paint using a colorimeter.

It is possible to quantify the color of objects! We will introduce test results that quantify the differences in color.

This document introduces a colorimeter that quantifies the color of objects. When light is irradiated onto an object, optical phenomena occur on the surface and inside the object, allowing for the quantification of the object's color by detecting the scattered light. As an example, we present test results that quantify the color differences between conditions where water-based paint was irradiated with ultraviolet (UV) light and conditions without UV treatment. We encourage you to download and take a look. [PLAZMARK Use Case] MEMS Component Manufacturer Process Management Department

Easily and instantly grasp the current status of the equipment! A case where a significant improvement in production quality was observed.

We would like to introduce a case where the process management department of a MEMS component manufacturer implemented the "PLAZMARK Wafer Type." We manufacture high value-added MEMS components tailored to customer needs, but due to the small lot production of various types, we were struggling to improve yield. There was also the challenge that the initial costs of introducing inspection equipment into the production process were too high. After trying this product, we found that extreme variations could be easily identified visually. For subtle variations, using a color difference meter allowed for high-precision management, and obtaining internal approval for the introduction of the color difference meter was very smooth. [Case Overview] ■ Challenges - Whether plasma treatment on the wafer is being performed uniformly - The burden of initial costs for equipment introduction is significant given the current production volume *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
